  I've eaten here on multiple occasions, usually because it's closer in distance to me than the Chipotle in Heath. This is the very last time that I eat here. The last few times I've come to find out that the white rice and black beans are usually a bit stale tasting and hard, but this time was complete shit. I had a friend order my bowl with specific directions written down. I came to find a nearly half empty bowl. The Chipotle in Heath is much better (a solid 5/5), and piles in to their bowls. Since I order veggie, they know to add lots of rice in place of my meat, unlike the workers on 21st street. I'm very disatisfied and disappointed.
  Also, I've noticed that new workers are hired ALL OF THE TIME. The Heath workers seem to last longer and are consitant. I've had many friends work here but get fired soon after.
  I'm overall really upset that I was not satisfied. At all.

  Not skimpy on ingredients, fast, friendly staff and i could barely finish my burrito; that how packed with ingredients it was. I ONLY ORDER THREE THINGS ON MY BURRITOS. CHICKEN, WHITE RICE AND SHREDDED CHEESE.

  The best Chipotle locally. I drive past the one in Heath for this one. They are more generous, make the burrito and wrap it so the flavors blend right. I have not had a medochre burrito here ever.
